You’ve all heard me sing the praises of Robin Long and The Balanced Life (now Lindywell) multiple times over the years - doing pilates with Robin on my TV/phone/computer screen the last almost 9 (!!!) years has changed my life, strengthening my body and mind in countless ways. I honestly can’t imagine my life without pilates now. So I was super excited to have the privilege to be on The Balanced Life podcast with Robin recently to talk about all things nourishment, healthy living, community, and feeding people! I even share about how pilates has helped me in my role as a farmer.
