The Kindred Life Podcast Ep. 10: Let's Get Uncomfortable
We all love being uncomfortable, right? 😏 Nope. But part of learning new things is being willing to be uncomfortable, to embrace the learning curve. In this episode, I share some stories about times I’ve had to learn to be okay with being uncomfortable and what I’ve learned and am continuing to learn in the process. We talk about why the EASY and QUICK way is not always the best way. By learning not to shy away from uncomfortable situations, we can experience a deeper level of gratitude and some important lessons right in the middle of the mess.
As usual, you’re invited to join in a gratefulness practice at the end, and - surprise! - my youngest daughter is joining in this portion of the episode to share some thoughts with you!
If you need a breath of fresh inspiration in your life today, listen in!
